Bond Institutional Biosafety Committee

Bond Institutional Biosafety Committee (BIBC) is the body charged with managing Biosafety on campus. Bond University is committed to providing a safe workplace for staff, students and visitors to the campus.

It is the responsibility of Chief Investigators and teaching staff who plan to use potentially hazardous materials to obtain appropriate biosafety approvals from the BIBC before they commence work, and to ensure that project staff and students are qualified, trained and appropriately supervised.
