Congratulations on your success!

As you come to the end of your time at Bond University, you can look forward to one of life’s truly defining moments: your graduation.

The awarding of your degree is the culmination of all your hard work, dedication and determination. It’s a time to reflect on your achievements with pride and to draw inspiration from knowing that there is no limit to what you can accomplish when you put your mind to it.

It’s also a time to celebrate – with fellow classmates, teachers, mentors and friends; and most importantly, to thank your family and those who have supported you along the way.

August 2020 graduation ceremonies

Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, the graduation ceremonies scheduled for 15 February and 13 June 2020 were postponed.

The University will hold a series of modified ceremonies from 10th to 13th August to recognise the achievements of graduates who missed out on a ceremony in February and June:

  • Monday 10th August - Bond Business School (BBS)
  • Tuesday 11th August - Bond University College (BUC)
  • Tuesday 11th August - Faculty of Health Sciences & Medicine (HSM)
  • Wednesday 12th August - Faculty of Law (LAW)
  • Thursday 13th August - Faculty of Society & Design (FSD)

October and December graduation ceremonies

Due to the future uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, the University will likely hold a series of modified ceremonies for students due to graduate in October and the December Medicine ceremony.

Impacted students will be provided with further details once a decision has been made.

Degree conferrals

The graduation status of students impacted by postponed ceremonies is unaffected. Degrees for students of postponed ceremonies are conferred in absentia. This means you will still officially become a graduate of Bond University, regardless of your ceremony status.
