About the study

What:

This study explores how access to healthy meals relate to memory and brain health.

Why:

We want to design better nutrition programs to support people with memory changes.

How:

You will take part in a one‑off interview about your experiences.

  • You may be eligible if you:

    • Are aged 60+ with memory changes - Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) or early dementia
    • Are a carer supporting someone with memory changes 

    OR

    • Are a carer supporting someone with memory changes 
    • 1 interview around 45 minutes in person at Bond University (free parking provided) or online via Zoom/Teams
    • You can stop at any time. Everything is confidential.
    • Share your experiences to help improve support for people with memory changes

You may be eligible if you:

  • Are a carer supporting someone with memory changes 

OR

  • Are a carer supporting someone with memory changes
