Testimonials

  • Supporting evidence synthesis projects is still somewhat of a new service provided by our hospital library.

I particularly appreciate the fact that the SRA toolbox supports researchers alongside the key stages of the systematic review process and that all the tools provided are open access.

I find that most of the tools can be used intuitively by following the detailed manuals and video tutorials, but I have greatly benefited from the instructive workshop series as well.

The fact that the tools are being referenced to by SR publications and by experienced information specialists have convinced me to use them more regularly and to recommend them to clients and fellow librarians.

Daniela Maurer - Head of Knowledge Management, Lucerne Cantonal Hospital
  • It was a great opportunity to attend the systematic review series.

The presenters were very knowledgeable and had a great presenting style. It would definitely be of benefit to those people who are about to do a systematic review. It was very focused on the features and how to use their program to speed up the process of a review.

There were, however, things in the series for anyone doing a review. I am currently in the process of writing up my first integrative review with the plan to publish it. The series was really valuable for my search strategy, narrowing my final papers and how to begin analysis.

The later sessions were about analysis for a systematic review and not as useful for my integrative review but I still gained tips to help me.

Belinda Lincoln - Clinical Nurse Specialist
  • Awesome informative overview session to strengthen understanding of using and applying systematic reviews! Presenters were engaging and very knowledgeable. Thank you."

    SR workshop participant -
  • Having at least two facilitators per group was fantastic, the best approach was working in our small groups, of not more than 4-5."

    Protocol workshop participant -
  • It was a great and engaging couple of days. Learnt a lot and enjoyed particularly the supported hands on sessions that ensured no one was left floundering."

    Publication school participant -
  • Overall a fabulous learning experience, skilled and deeply knowledgeable presenters."
