Giving Day
15 May, 2026

Your gift. Their future.
On 15 May, 1989, Bond’s first 322 students helped to establish Australia’s first private, independent and not-for-profit university. Since then, more than 35,000 graduates have walked under the Arch on their way to successful careers all over the world. Many of those students have been supported by the generosity of Bond alumni and supporters contributing to scholarships, student opportunities and research.
A small gift can make a huge impact on the future of Bondies.
How to donate
Follow the link to the Charidy donation portal to donate. You can make multiple donations throughout the day to help us reach our target.
Donations of $2 or more may be claimed as tax deductions. Online gifts will receive an e-mail confirmation that will serve as your receipt for tax purposes.

Every dollar doubled: from generosity to legacy
Their time at Bond was the beginning of Duane and Jennie Cadman’s careers, their closest friendships and their family legacy. Now, these alumni are ensuring future students have the same opportunities by pledging to match every donation made on Giving Day. “It’s about giving the next generation the same opportunities we had," Duane and Jennie said.

Dr Juliette Levinge’s time at Bond shaped her path as a young doctor and strengthened her connection to community and culture. Supported by the First Nations Medical Scholarship, she gained the experiences and confidence to serve communities from the Gold Coast to Arnhem Land and the Solomon Islands. Now beginning her medical career on the Gold Coast, she’s turning that support into meaningful impact, helping to create more culturally safe healthcare for future generations.

Changing lives for the better
"Without the Indigenous Scholarship Fund, I wouldn't be where I am today. It removed a financial barrier, and made it possible for me to study at Bond University and experience the amazing education that I've had. It’s made a massive difference."
Deklyn Reid

Creating life-changing opportunities
"The Student Opportunity Fund enabled 16 Bondies to visit Nepal on a three-week mission to help deliver humanitarian aid and work with schools. We grew so much through this experience. Donations to the Student Opportunity Fund truly change lives."
