On-campus accommodation options and fees

Bond offers a variety of accommodation options for living on campus from single and share rooms to flats. Rates include electricity, water, laundry facilities, wireless interest and weekly cleaning. Find the options, descriptions and rates below.

$3,075.00* per person, per semester

2 & 3 Bedrooms with private shared ensuite bathroom facilities. This is the only on-campus student housing option which includes a single hotplate in their kitchen facilities.

Dining plan costs

For those living on campus, three dining plan options are available; $2,000; $2,250; or $2,500.

Top-ups / additional credit can be purchased for a minimum of $110 (including GST). Please note, dining plans are valid for one semester only.

How to book a dining plan

Select your dining plan option within the on-campus accommodation application form. The Dining Plan will be added to your cart at the same time as you room booking for payment.

Off-campus resident dining plan (Book and top-up)

Students and staff living off campus can also take the opportunity to utilise the Dining Card.

Dining plan costs

A minimum purchase of $110 (including GST) must be made which is 'loaded' onto the respective student or staff ID card. For any top-ups required, the minimum purchase amount applies. This can be used at all Food @ Bond outlets across the University, however, note that dining plans are valid for one semester only.

Important information

  • To apply for student housing, go to the Student Housing Portal.
  • Semester fees to be paid in advance prior to moving into residence.
  • All new students will be required to pay the full semester accommodation and dining plan at the time of booking.
  • A rental industry standard cancellation fee of 4 weeks' rent will apply if residence is not taken up. 
  • All rooms must be vacated over the Christmas/New Year break.
  • The accommodation and dining plan rates are subject to review at the discretion of Bond University. All fees quoted are subject to change without notice.
