Take advantage of Queensland’s billion-dollar industry.
Building Information Modelling and Intergrated Project Delivery
Ready to take advantage of Brisbane’s construction and infrastructure boom? Update your skills with Bond’s suite of Building Information Modelling (BIM) programs, now delivered in the heart of the Brisbane CBD.
BIM is a collaborative modelling process which assists construction professionals, engineers, and architects in designing, planning and managing major building and infrastructure projects.
Explore our suite of postgraduate programs, including a graduate certificate, graduate diploma and master's degree. We also offer a range of microcredentials that allow you the flexibility to specialise in a particular area of BIM whilst still receiving an official university transcript as well as credit points that can be put towards future study.
All BIM programs are delivered face-to-face from our Brisbane campus at 433 Boundary St, Brisbane. Find out more about our Brisbane location or contact the Office of Future Students for more information.

Microcredentials
Our Building Information Modelling microcredentials are 3-day courses designed to suit the professional development needs of the AEC industry. The courses are also components of our Graduate Certificate and Master of BIM and IDP. Meaning that, in addition to gaining new specialised skills, you will earn Bond credits that can be stacked toward a formal qualification. Upon successful completion, you will receive a digital certificate and an official academic transcript. Our microcredentials allow you to enrol as a Bond student for one semester, attend classes in-person, collaborate, and learn in a highly interactive environment whilst gaining an authentic university experience

Graduate certificate
This innovative program has been informed by industry and constructed as a series of microcredentialed short courses to meet the demands of industry. It prepares consultants and contractors to comply with increasing Government demands for all future major construction and infrastructure projects to be delivered using modern Building Information Modelling within an integrated project delivery environment.
-
Graduate diploma
Building on the graduate certificate in this innovative program suite, the graduate diploma extends essential theory while reinforcing all learning with integrated practice in a studio-like learning environment. A substantial capstone project completes the learning experience and prepares students for employment in construction or infrastructure environments, where current government and industry attitudes are expected to result in increased demand for professionals with qualifications in BIM and IPD.
-
Master's degree
This one-year program begins with eight separate microcredentials subjects in important and in-demand aspects of Building Information Modelling, Lean Construction and Integrated Project Delivery, and engages students in a challenging capstone project to prepare them for careers as managers of the modern construction and infrastructure project design and delivery systems rapidly becoming mandatory on both government and major private projects.
