Bond University boasts state of the art teaching facilities that create an invigorating learning environment. All lecture theatres, case study rooms, seminar rooms and teaching labs are equipped with the very latest computing and audio visual aids.
Lecture theatres are located in the University Centre. These are used for regular subject lecture sessions along with guest lecturers and presentations. All lecture theatres are equipped with overhead projectors, a touch screen computer and DVD players.
Case study rooms
Located in the University Centre, these rooms are used for smaller groups comprising of 30 - 50 students. These are an integral part of studying at Bond, especially for management subjects. They provide a compact atmosphere which is conducive for discussions amongst groups of students. These rooms are equipped with a console to display aids or tools required for lectures.
Located in the University Centre, these rooms are fitted with a console and flat screen television, along with an overhead projector and fold away screen for projection.
In total, there are 13 teaching labs including the multimedia labs with approximately 25 computers per room. Located on ground level of the Arch building, these facilities are used for tutorial and lab sessions. A selection of labs has special software installed for specialised subjects such as JBuilder, Photoshop and Illustrator. These labs also contain an overhead projector for use by the lecturers and tutors during tutorial sessions.
Labs are open 24 hours a day and are available to students outside of class hours.
