Charlotte Phelps
Charlotte Phelps is an alumni from Bond University, graduating with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science in February 2019. She is currently undertaking an Honours Research Program with the goal to commence a PhD in 2021. Charlotte’s area of interest is in Medical Education, specifically researching the effectiveness of mixed-reality HoloLens to educate health science and medicine students about asthma. Most of these health science and medicine students will pursue careers in the primary or allied health professionals; therefore, a clear understanding of chronic disease is vital. Asthma is a disease of particular interest because of its increasing prevalence and the alarming number of over diagnosed patients.
