Managing Projects Through Uncertainty

About this microcredential

Across industries, COVID-19 has disrupted projects and caused many to be terminated or placed on hold. As organisations seek to take advantage of emerging opportunities and begin to restart projects, they must reset and re-plan to adjust to the changed project context.

Even with a formal project management background, some project participants lack a comprehensive approach to restarting crisis-disrupted projects. A robust process is essential to successfully re-planning projects where there is a high degree of uncertainty. This course will guide you through the project re-planning process, understanding impact and feasibility within an uncertain project environment, and successfully presenting your project plan to leadership for approval. With the learnings from this course, your re-planned projects will be more resilient to uncertainty and more likely to be approved by project sponsors.

This course is available to complete online at any time via our high-quality learner platform. The self-paced delivery gives you the flexibility to work around your other commitments.
