Professional biography
Research interests
My primary research interests largely focus on the learning, development and assessment aspects of organisational psychology. This includes the design, use and sequencing of instructional methods (e.g., case study, simulation, service-learning), assessment of learning and teaching, and the use of technology to enable to support these processes. Other interests the role of motivation, emotion and self-regulation in learning and development.
Teaching expertise
George's teaching is primarily focused on managerial skill development in areas such as negotiation, leadership, teamwork, decision-making and critical thinking.Teaching awards
