Description

Individual Study in Law (2) is an elective subject in undergraduate programs offered by the Faculty of Law. Students must complete an independent research paper on an agreed topic, supervised by a Faculty of Law academic staff member. Enrolment is by application only and Faculty approval is required. Assumed knowledge is the minimum level of knowledge of a subject area that students are assumed to have acquired through previous study.
