Learning outcomes

  1. Communicate an understanding of Asian commercial law and practice, specifically in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
  2. Apply acquired practical knowledge of Asian commercial law and practice to real-world scenarios.
  3. Conduct independent research to produce a research paper on a contemporary topic or area of specialization related to Asian commercial law and practice.

Assumed knowledge is the minimum level of knowledge of a subject area that students are assumed to have acquired through previous study. Must be admitted into a Bachelor of Law degree OR Bachelor of Laws combined degree OR be an approved Law Study Abroad or Law Exchange student.

This subject is not available as a general elective. To be eligible for enrolment, the subject must be specified in the students’ program structure.
