A swim followed by eggs and bacon for brekky.

Joe Rogan, Snoop Dogg and SteveWillDoIt.

Spaghetti Bolognese. 

What is your greatest sporting memory?  

At The Canal after a clean sweep.

Joey Fittock- never shuts up, he’s always talking.
