Mediation and Dispute Resolution
Bespoke mediation training for teams that value empathy, clarity, and collaboration.
The ability to navigate difficult conversations with clarity and empathy is a hallmark of strong leadership and high-performing teams. Conflict, when managed well, can drive innovation, strengthen relationships, and create a more engaged and motivated workforce This customisable training program equips participants with the knowledge and practical techniques to navigate and resolve disputes with confidence. Based on the facilitative model of mediation, the course focuses on building essential skills in negotiation, active listening, and structured problem-solving.
Through interactive learning, including role-plays, case studies, and simulations, participants will develop strategies to manage difficult conversations, de-escalate conflict, and foster productive dialogue. While highly relevant for those seeking to conduct formal mediations, these skills also enhance leadership, teamwork, and decision-making in everyday work environments, particularly in sectors such as law, business, healthcare, human resources, and community services.
The course structure is flexible and can be tailored to meet specific needs, ranging from introductory mediation training to advanced dispute resolution techniques. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of conflict dynamics, ethical considerations, and practical tools to navigate challenging interactions with clarity and professionalism.
Please note, this is not a public course for individual enrolment. It is customisable training for teams.
