Meet your course instructor
Robert L. (Bob) McGannon, PMP, GWCPM
Bob is an Honorary Adjunct Professor at Bond University and is the co-founder and director of Intelligent Disobedience Leadership Pty Ltd. He was the founder of Mindavation Inc. in the United States, and Mindavation Pty Ltd in Australia. Bob specialises in advanced leadership techniques, entrepreneurship, and strategic program and portfolio management. Bob has coached inexperienced to advanced business leaders from more than 15 countries, with a wide variety of industry backgrounds and has delivered keynote addresses to conferences and association meetings around the world. Bob has over 30 years of I/T, project management, business analysis and operational leadership experience, 18 of those years with the IBM Corporation.
Bob is a certified Project Management Professional by PMI, was a certified Executive Project Manager with IBM, and a Certified Project Management Coach for the Boeing Corporation. Bob holds university degrees in Operations Research and Mathematics and is the author of ‘Intelligent Disobedience: The Difference Between Good and Great Leaders’ published by Routledge (Oxford, UK). He is a LinkedIn Learning instructor with nearly 20 courses on the platform, covering project management, advanced leadership, and outsourcing management.
