How to accept your offer
As a successful applicant, you will receive an email from us offering you to officially become a Bond student. This email includes:
- A formal Letter of Offer from Bond University
- A Response to Offer form
- Information about fee payment options and accommodation

Accept your offer
You are two steps away from confirming your place and joining Bond University. To accept your offer all you need to do is complete and return your:
- Response to Offer form
- a) Fee deposit (as stated on your Letter of Offer) OR,
b) Request for FEE-HELP Assistance form
Ready to accept your offer?
Step 1: Complete and return your Response to Offer form by emailing our Admissions team below.
Step 2: Make your fee deposit (as stated on your Letter of Offer) including receipt of Overseas Health Cover and Student Activities Membership payments.
Step 3: Once we have received these documents, you will receive an electronic Confirmation of Offer (eCOE).
Step 4: Apply for your Australian Student Visa.
Step 5: Once your admission has been processed, you will receive further information relating to class registration and Bond Orientation Week activities.
How to defer your studies
An offer for a program and an offer of a scholarship are separate and regulated in a different manner. Select from the below to find out more about how to defer your studies for your offer or scholarship.
Once you have been offered a place, you may apply to postpone or defer your studies for up to one year (three semesters) by selecting the ‘Deferment’ option on your Response to Offer form and return it to Admissions, along with any required documentation specified in the ‘Conditions’ section of your Letter of Offer.
Deferment is not available to students offered a place in the Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery, Master of Psychology (Forensic), Master of Psychology (Clinical) and the Doctor of Physiotherapy.
