Yoga and Sound Healing Session

Join us for a transformative experience that combines the ancient practices of yoga and sound healing. This session is designed to help you achieve deep relaxation, inner peace, and overall well-being.

When: Wednesday, October 8, 2025 ( Week 4)

Where: Sports Centre (Aerobics room), Level 2

Time: 4pm - 5.30 pm

What to Expect:

Gentle Yoga Flow: Begin with a series of gentle yoga poses to stretch and open your body. This part of the session focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and creating a sense of balance and harmony within.

Sound Healing: As you settle into a comfortable position, allow the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments to wash over you. The vibrations from these instruments help to release tension, clear energy blockages, and promote a state of deep relaxation.
