Social Media Strategy and Tactics delivers a strong foundation in social media as a strategic communications tool. The subject takes a hands-on, practical approach underpinned with applied theoretical knowledge that informs the strategic and planned use of social media channels and messaging. Students will analyse industry best practices and create a suite of social media tactics. This subject embodies experiential, authentic learning: students learn by doing, are informed by theory and policy, and reflect on social media use compared to best practice.
