Learning outcomes

  1. Analyse and evaluate the development, principles, and doctrines of international and comparative law and their influence on global legal systems.
  2. Apply and synthesise technical legal knowledge and legal and ethical reasoning to resolve complex transnational legal issues.
  3. Demonstrate entrepreneurial legal skills at a foundational level in the context of global legal practice, with a particular focus upon digital literacy.
