Description
Civil Litigation Practice is a compulsory subject for the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (ONLINE) which covers the core skills area ‘Civil Litigation Practice’. This is a practical based subject which will allow students to apply the necessary skills and knowledge required to conduct a civil litigation matter.
Students will draft litigious and non-litigious documents, participate in alternative dispute resolution and will observe the presentation of evidence in a court setting.
