The opposition
This week we face Moreton Bay Lions. They are a developing team who have found the going pretty tough this season, but we never take any opposition lightly. There's always things to improve.
The challenge
We're coming off two losses where we've done a lot right but haven't been able to execute when it mattered. Inaccuracy hasn't helped our cause, and our connectivity from the centre moving forward has been a bit underwhelming.
These are important things to work on.
Shuffling the magnets
Jas Davidson is back this week. She's a great 'in' for us. And Lexi Samuels returns from a week-long suspension.

Ones to watch
Lexi and Jas are exciting returnees. Evie Reeves has been in terrific form. And Beth Pinchin has been a tower of strength.
The focus
Definitely our offensive ball use and our connectivity. We want to be focusing on putting getting our entries in the right part of the attacking 50 so we give ourselves more chances at gettable goals.
Final words
It's Past Players' Day, so we want to put on a good show as part of a whole of club experience. Only two games left before finals. Time to get ourselves primed for an assault on the Cup!

The opposition
It’s a massive game for our boys this week as we tackle our arch rivals Burleigh. We’ve locked horns for years with this Club and had some very memorable encounters and this weekend should prove another game that will say a lot about who has the edge going into this years finals campaign.
The challenge
It’s without question our biggest challenge against a very well coached & talented footy team. There’s nothing between both teams so it shapes as a cracker of a contest.

Shuffling the magnets
We may have up to 6 changes this week as has been the case most weeks - the positive news is those inclusions are all high talent and add to our depth accross every line.
Ones to watch
We are keen to see Jack Tilley and Fin Gray come back into the team this week. Bookends at either end of the ground, and two players who are super important to our team’s success.
The focus
Training has been super this week with an air of excitement leading to the weekends game knowing we are playing a team that desperately wants to take our mantle - we welcome that and feel our best is good enough to roll them at our home ground.
Final Word
It won’t be hard to get up and about this weekend, playing our arch rivals in Burleigh, Past Players Day and a home crowd that will be very vocal we can’t wait!!
