About this program

The Graduate Certificate of Valuation and Property Development is designed to prepare students with a knowledge base and technical skills for careers within property related industries and professions. The application of the knowledge and skills developed in the program will allow graduates to demonstrate autonomy, expert judgement, adaptability and responsibility as a practitioner across a range of career paths in property related fields such as investment, finance, property management and property research. The attributes gained from this certificate will allow you to work in the Valuation and Property Development sector in Australia and around the world.

What you'll be studying

Program at a glance

Comprised of four subjects, the program can be completed in just one semester. The following study overview is based on a January commencement date.    You’ll complete property subjects, including Property Investment and Valuation, and Property Development, in addition to learning Real Estate Property Rights across a variety of class and assessment structures including lectures, tutorials, seminars, computer labs, presentations, assignments, industry projects, and examinations.
