Titans of industry share market insights at Bond

CEO of Pacific Brands, Sue Morphet and Chairman of Investec Bank, Coca-Cola and ASX, David Goneski, are among the keynote speakers who will address industry and students at a Bond Investment Group presentation on October 15 at Bond University.

The Titans of Industry Forum is aimed at providing an opportunity for students and industry to absorb words of wisdom from the best and brightest minds in corporate Australia.

Joining Goneski and Morphet is Bank of Queensland Director, David Graham; Chairman of the Australian Association of Angels Investors Limited, John Mactaggart and Managing Director of Amalgamated Property Group, Barry Morris.

Key issues to be discussed include the push for sustainable development, the secular shift towards greater regulation, implications of climate change and the call for more stringent ethical standards to be implemented in business.

Fiona Beaverson, President of the Bond Investment Group, explains the event is an opportunity for students to network with high-flying business achievers. The event also provides the public with an opportunity to communicate with some of Australia’s most successful business people in an open forum.

“Industry professionals and Bond students will have the chance to listen to high level speakers sharing their opinions on topical issues as well as interact with the guests and presenters” says Beaverson.

“This complementary event is open to the public because we want the students to gain as much exposure to industry as possible,” says Beaverson.

Attendees will have the opportunity to pose questions to the speakers during the presentation and mingle at a cocktail function following the forum.

Visit the Titans of Industry Forum web page to view date, time and location details for this complementary event.
