Bond cements its position as nation's #1 for Student Experience

For the twelfth year in a row, Bond has received more 5-star ratings for Student Experience than any other university in Australia in the latest edition of The Good Universities Guide.

Bond received the highest award of 5-stars for all six Student Experience measures - Overall, Teaching Quality, Learner Engagement, Learning Resources, Student Support and Skills Development - as well as 5-stars for Student: Staff Ratio and Student Retention.

In addition to the institutional rankings, this year The Good University Guide has introduced rankings by field of study. Bond received several 5-star ratings across various metrics for every field of study that is taught at the University, demonstrating that Bond University provides an exceptional experience for all of its students.

Bond University’s Vice-Chancellor and President, Professor Tim Brailsford, said he was very proud to see Bond continue to deliver the nation’s best student experience for the 12th consecutive year.

“Our students are at the heart of everything we do, and every decision we make, so its pleasing to see this absolute focus on providing a world-class, transformational student experience is reflected in the Good Universities Guide 2018 ratings,” Professor Brailsford said.

“I am also very proud that we deliver continually and consistently, year-on-year and across each and every field of study that Bond offers.”

Professor Brailsford cited Bond’s small class sizes, personalised approach, practical learning opportunities, links to industry, and focus on outcomes as key factors influencing its five-star student experience ratings.
