The ACFB has recently appointed Susan Watson as a Centre Research Fellow. Susan is a Professor at Auckland University and is currently Head of Department – Commercial Law and also a Deputy Director of the New Zealand Governance Centre.
Susan is an active researcher with a high number of articles published throughout her career. Susan is interested in corporate governance, liability of company directors and the legal relationship between shareholders and boards.
