The Food & Beverage Marketing Administrator is responsible for marketing of the Food and Beverage department. This role supports the marketing and communication needs of our campus food outlets and events by liaising closely with Bond University Marketing to ensure all materials meet brand and compliance requirements.
You will administer our digital presence across social media platforms—including Instagram, Facebook, and our website—creating engaging content that promotes daily offerings, specials, and events. The position is also responsible for producing and presenting menus, signage, and promotional materials, as well as administering customer feedback to help enhance the overall customer experience.
About the person
The successful applicant will have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing within the Hotel / Hospitality Industry
- The ability to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders and clients
- Well-developed planning and organisational skills with demonstrated ability to work across a range of projects concurrently
- Demonstrated high-level of computer literacy in operating Microsoft software packages
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary details
The hourly rate for this casual role is $41.17 (includes 25% casual loading) plus 12% superannuation.
