Key Responsibilities:
- Create impactful, personalised communications that inspire and engage future students throughout their journey.
- Play a pivotal role in the creation and execution of innovative, market-specific initiatives and experiences that inspire students to choose Bond.
- Build strong, collaborative partnerships with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing solutions that elevate the Bond brand.
This role reports directly to the Associate Director, Marketing and works closely with Domestic and International Recruitment Directors as well as the Digital Marketing and Automation Specialist.
About the person
You are a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering creative, impactful campaigns. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, including digital, event coordination and marketing automation.
- Proven ability to plan and implement multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive student recruitment and engagement.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands across domestic and international markets.
- Sound judgment and initiative to solve problems and make effective decisions aligned with strategic priorities.
- Excellent self-management and adaptability, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Salary details
The salary for the position commences at $83,210.75 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
