About the position

The Employment Services Specialists within the Career Development Centre will provide coaching and employment services to Bond students in the areas of career path planning, application, resume and interview preparation. These roles will also develop training programs, training materials and orientation programs to assist students. Additionally, the role supports students completing Beyond Bond, a whole of degree program designed to support student employability development.

About the person:

The successful candidates will have a minimum of four years’ experience in a training, recruitment or human resources related role, in depth careers counselling experience as well as relevant qualifications in Career Development. An excellent understanding of issues related to careers and employment and experience in designing, developing and delivering employment programs and workshops to adult learners are essential. Applicants with experience or a background in the legal industry or law recruitment will be highly regarded.

Salary details:

Remuneration for the appointment will commence at $68,130.87 plus 10% superannuation per annum.
