PSYC11-105: Statistics and Data Analysis 1

Description

Psychologists use statistics to quantify and interpret the phenomena they study. This subject introduces the fundamental statistical techniques employed by psychologists and other social scientists to understand, predict, and explain human behaviour. It covers both quantitative methods, such as descriptive and inferential statistics, and qualitative methods, including reflexive thematic analysis. You will gain hands-on experience with statistical software, including SPSS and other freely available packages, to apply these methods effectively in research
