Description

Learning outcomes

  1. Comprehensively explain the regulatory framework of Australian banks and financial services.
  2. Competently apply Australian banking and finance law.
  3. Demonstrate intermediate level research, reasoning, and communication skills in the application of Australian banking and finance law.

Students must be admitted into a Bachelor law degree or Bachelor of Laws combined degree or be an approved Law Study Abroad OR Law exchange student.

This subject is not available as a general elective. To be eligible for enrolment, the subject must be specified in the studentsโ€™ program structure.
