In light of their 2026 publication, Dispute Resolution Skills and Techniques, Laurence Boulle and Nadja Alexander – leading international scholars and practitioners in dispute resolution - will respond to your questions and queries about the current state, and future directions, of the dispute resolution profession in this interactive, discussion-based seminar.

The session will be moderated by Professor Rachael Field, Co-Director of the Bond University Centre for Dispute Resolution and Centre for Professional Legal Education, and founder of the Australian Wellness Network for Law.

Professor Nadja Alexander

Lee Kong Chian Professor of Law at Singapore Management University and Director of the Singapore International Dispute Resolution Academy. Nadja is a leading international figure in dispute resolution, an accredited mediator in Australia and Singapore, and a Senior Fellow at Mitchell Hamline Law School (US). She has published extensively and conducts skills workshops worldwide.

Professor Laurence Boulle

A dispute resolver for over 30 years, Laurence has authored books in seven jurisdictions and taught globally. He is past chair of the National Mediation Conference and Mediator Standards Board, and former director of the Mandela Institute in Johannesburg. Laurence is a Fellow of the Australian Dispute Resolution Association and chief editor of the Australasian Dispute Resolution Journal. He is an AMDRAS accredited Leader Mediator.
