- High blood pressure
- High blood cholesterol
- Physical inactivity
- Obesity
- Poor Nutrition
- Smoking
What can you do?
- Quit smoking
- Eat a nutritional diet
- Undertake some sort of physical activity for 30 minutes, most days of the week
- Achieve and maintain a healthy weight
- Visit your doctor for advice or to help you form a strategy for improving your heart health.
