SSUD12-119: Project Integration Management

Description

This subject combines technical, tactical and strategic decision-making in practice through successful delivery of an organisational project, program or event. An authentic case study is adopted to demonstrate a student’s ability to manage schedule, cost, resource, scope, quality, procurement, communications, risk, and stakeholder decisions across the full life cycle of the activity. Project phases comprise initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure. This capstone subject takes the form of an authentic exploration of practice based on the PMBOK® Guide, commencing with a project management plan and ending with a closure report, oral presentation and an individual assessment of competence.
