- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the key features of civil procedure as it applies in the Queensland and Federal civil jurisdictions.
- Demonstrate advanced competency in exercising a range of both oral and written practical legal skills within the context of a community legal centre.

- Apply sophisticated legal research skills and methodologies within the context of a critical reflection.

Assumed knowledge is the minimum level of knowledge of a subject area that students are assumed to have acquired through previous study.
