Learning outcomes
- Identify basic principles of Copyright Law and apply them to problem scenarios and critique solutions.
- Analyse and compare principles underlying personality and publicity rights to emerging issues in entertainment law.
- Identify and comparatively analyse emerging issues in copyright law and persuasively argue on the basis of policy considerations.

Assumed knowledge is the minimum level of knowledge of a subject area that students are assumed to have acquired through previous study. Must be admitted into a Masters Level Law degree OR be an approved Law Study Abroad OR Law Exchange student. This subject is not available as a general elective. To be eligible for enrolment, the subject must be specified in the students’ program structure. |
