EXEC70-047: Management Consulting


The aim of this subject is to introduce students to several models, theories, concepts and skills related to managerial consulting. The subject is designed to help students increase their awareness of the role that consultants play, as well as the related concepts, tools, models and skills necessary for success as either an internal or an external consultant.
