Description
The subject begins with a series of lectures on global business issues. It involves several visits to companies in the target country, enabling students to experience how global business issues are managed within the target context. The Study Tour is designed to allow students to reflect upon and contrast theories and frameworks from their program subjects with experiential learning in the target country/company visits.

- Present a comprehensive analysis of the East Asian business, economic, and regulatory environment, using advanced analytical frameworks to interpret market conditions and stakeholder dynamics.
- Produce a strategic assessment outlining the viability of expanding or launching a domestic business venture in the East Asian market, with consideration of cultural, legal, and economic complexities.
- Critically assess the opportunities and challenges of managing and leading within the East Asian global business landscape, including issues of innovation, sustainability, and cross-cultural engagement.
- Critically reflect on personal and professional learning throughout the study tour to re-evaluate assumptions, enhance intercultural competence, and inform future leadership practice in international contexts.
