Student Refund Information

Program, subject and accommodation cancellation penalties and refund information

• Students must complete the Student Refund Application Form and submit it to [email protected].
• Refunds will be made payable to the student and processed back via the original payment method
• If fees were paid by: 
  • Credit card or Paypal ONLINE: the refund will automatically process back to the original payment method
• If fees were paid by :
  • Bpay,  
  • Cheque,  
  • Credit Card (in person), or
  • Direct Deposit

We will contact you for Credit Card or domestic bank details once application process has been completed

• If fees were paid by :
  • Convera – International Transfer

We will contact you for International bank details once application process has been completed

• If fees were paid by:
  • MasterCard or Visa Gift Cards

Refunds can only be processed back to the original gift card as a credit balance; therefore it is important you retain the gift card. Refunds to a gift card may take up to 30 days for the credit balance to reflect.  If you do not have the original gift card the credit balance will remain on your student account to be used towards future fees.
