Bonding with the Bull Sharks: Joseph Collins

Sport / Club: Surf Ironman BMD Northcliffe Surf club.

Study / Work: Studying a Commerce degree with majors in Finance and Accounting while I work part time as a Lifeguard.

What’s your nickname and how did you get it?: 

Joe as it has always been an abbreviation of Joseph. I was sometimes called Joey.

What are you currently streaming? 

I just started watching Breaking Bad.

You’ve got the day off, the weather is perfect, and you’ve got money in your pocket. Where would we find you? 

On one of the higher end golf courses on the Gold Coast.

Who is your nemesis?

I wouldn’t say I've ever looked at someone and thought they were my nemesis.

What’s your superstition?  

I once had a superstition where I had to have Pad Thai the night before racing in order to compete well.

If you could invite 3 people to a dinner party, who would they be? 

Luka Dončić,Will Ferrell and John Daly.

And if you’re the chef, what’s on the menu?  

Probably a roast chicken shredded on rice with Japanese mayo and teriyaki sauce.

What is your greatest sporting memory? 

Getting third in my debut Nutri Grain Ironman Series.
