Professional biography

University Sustainability Officer

As the Sustainability Officer at Bond University, I support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives across campus operations and culture. This includes projects related to waste and the circular economy, behaviour change, sustainable events, and biodiversity. A key focus of my work is facilitating the move from intention to action, embedding sustainability into decision-making, processes and community engagement.

I am particularly interested in the interconnected challenges of climate change, biodiversity loss and pollution, and in how universities can play a meaningful role in addressing these challenges through their operations and activation of their communities.

My approach combines strategic thinking with practical delivery: identifying opportunities, building partnerships, organising initiatives, and communicating ideas clearly so that people can engage with them and take part.
