Research interests

My research interests include:

Neonatal and paediatric thyroid diseases, including newborn screening thresholds, iodine deficiency and excess and outcomes of congenital hypothyroidism screening and management.

The social and emotional wellbeing of Aboriginal children and adolescents, in particular community-led, place-based initatives that involve connection to country and culture. Current projects focus on interventions for youth in out of home care and/or the juvenile justice systems.

Social impact measurement approaches utilising evidence-based evaluation of program outcomes in governmental and non-governmental organisations.

Work-life integration, wellbeing and impact of family-friendly workplace initiatives on employers, employees and employeeโ€™s families.
