Megan Andrews is the Executive Learning Support Officer at Bond University’s Executive Learning Unit, where she provides holistic support to the team in creating and delivering impactful microcredentials and Executive education programs. Megan is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, from coordinating events at Bond’s Brisbane campus to managing administrative tasks that support learner engagement and professional development.

Before joining Bond University, Megan cultivated a rich career in education as a Secondary School English teacher. Her experience involved developing advanced critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills—both in her students and as part of her own professional expertise. As Year 9 English Coordinator at Marsden State High School, Megan demonstrated strong leadership by serving as a mentor for early-career teachers, managing curriculum development, and fostering programs to inspire students toward careers in education.

Megan later transitioned into project management in the RTO world, where she collaborated with over 50 schools to bridge education and workforce readiness by facilitating student access to industry-standard science qualifications. This role refined her ability to manage diverse stakeholders, design innovative solutions, and deliver impactful outcomes in the education sector.

In her current role at Bond University, Megan combines her background in teaching, leadership, and project management to support the development of learner-focused programs that empower professionals and foster lifelong learning. Known for her organisational acumen and ability to connect with diverse audiences, Megan is passionate about driving excellence in professional education and creating meaningful learning experiences.
