Professional biography
I am an Assistant Professor of Professionalism and Medical Education at Bond University, with over a decade of experience in health sciences and medical education. Holding a PhD in Physiotherapy & Women's Health and a Doctor of Physiotherapy, I have extensive clinical experience as a Registered Physiotherapist, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient-centred care.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes inclusivity, engagement, and evidence-based learning, fostering reciprocal dialogue between educators and students. I use innovative, interactive, and technology-enhanced strategies to create dynamic learning environments where learners are actively engaged in their education. I have been heavily involved in and led curriculum development, refining learning outcomes, assessment strategies, and teaching resources to enhance health professions education.
