Adam Lenihan leads the partnership portfolio at Bond University’s Executive Learning Unit, working across Bond’s four main university schools and academic faculties. With extensive experience in the tertiary education sector, Adam collaborates with clients to thoroughly understand their professional development needs, delivering high-impact, real-world education partnerships and corporate professional development programs.
Before joining Bond University, Adam held various management and leadership roles in higher education and the not-for-profit sectors. Known for his strategic thinking and innovative solutions, he has successfully delivered large-scale corporate education programs across the health, mining, and manufacturing industries. Leveraging his expertise in operations management and business development, Adam excels in co-designing change initiatives and leading program design and delivery teams to address capability development and complex business improvements.
As an accredited leadership coach, Adam is passionate about the topic of complexity and enjoys helping leaders navigate and thrive in complex environments.
