Luke Halliday
Luke Halliday is a Partner in Technology and Data Advisory at KordaMentha, helping governments and complex organisations cut through complexity to achieve results from digital investment, shared services, and AI.
He is the former Chief Technology Officer for the Victorian Government, CIO of Melbourne Airport, and co-founder of Mercury IT, a managed services firm he grew from 2004 before moving to a board role in 2016. With 20+ years across government and industry, Luke brings a pragmatic, entrepreneurial and outcome-driven approach to technology transformation.
Dr Jennifer Cronin
Dr Jennifer Cronin is the Interim CEO of The Star Gold Coast, with over 30 years of global hospitality leadership across Asia and Australia. She has held senior roles with Wharf Hotels, Hyatt, Ritz-Carlton, and Dusit International, and led the launch of the luxury Niccolo Hotels brand. Jennifer holds an MBA from Bond University and a PhD in crisis leadership. Her expertise spans ESG integration, reputational management, and multimillion-dollar P&L oversight. A passionate advocate for tourism and education, she has served on multiple advisory boards, championing industry recovery, governance, and the development of future leaders.
