Uni students learn how to stress less!

Bond University students are heading towards exam time, with just two learning weeks left before end-of-semester tests.

Public Relations students are holding an event called ‘Stress Less!’ to educate students about things they can do to alleviate stress during exam time.

The benefits of healthy eating and nutrition, exercise, yoga, meditation and time management will be incorporated into the seminar.

Guest speakers, including fitness professionals and nutritionists, will be talking to students about different ways they can eliminate stress.

Event organiser and Public Relations student Caitlin Hawkes says; “Exam time can often affect students in a negative way. We are aiming to educate students in the hope of helping them with stressful times in the future.”
The event will be held at Bond University on Monday 21 July from 4 – 5pm in Lecture Room 6 of the University Centre (Level 3). Media are welcome to attend.
