Crisis Command: Strategies for managing corporate crises

Professor Mary Power and Hamish McLean have recently collaborated together to write a book titled “Crisis Command: Strategies for managing corporate crises” published by Ark Publications (UK/Europe). The book examines psychological factors in human crisis behaviour, crisis prevention, and management strategies and leadership in developing a crisis response plan and implementation team, as well as optimum ways to handle the media by meeting its need for timely information in a crisis.
