This is a full-time, continuing position, working in Bond University’s Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine. The Student Affairs and Service Quality (SASQ) Team is responsible for providing student support services within the Faculty to support all students to help to achieve their academic goals. In this position, you be responsible for providing expertise and advice to students and staff while ensuring compliance with University and Faculty policies, procedures, and guidelines.

This position will report directly to the Manager - Student Affairs and Service Quality.

 

About the person

We are looking for a dynamic individual with significant experience in a similar administrative role to become an integral member of the team. In this position, you will thrive on working autonomously while being part of a collaborative team and will be interested in cross-training and progressing your career.

 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys working independently, managing multiple tasks, and meeting competing deadlines.

  • Has experience with Microsoft Office and student systems platforms (for example, Student One, StudyLink, D364 or similar). 

  • Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) for communicating with a range of people;

  • Has high-level organisational and time management skills;

  • Will work harmoniously with others whilst contributing to team outcomes.

 

Salary details

The salary for the position commences at $80,787.14 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
