About the Position
We are currently recruiting suitably experienced, motivated and customer focussed Cooks/Commis Chefs to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team at Bond University.
Responsible for delivering exceptional product and service, these fast-paced roles will also prepare food following set guidelines, ensuring food and beverage procedures are adhered to.
By your contribution you will endeavour to make the operation a venue for students and guests to enjoy professional effective service, great product selection and pleasant safe surroundings and that Bond University complies with State and Federal legislation for OH&S and health and hygiene.
About the person
To be successful in securing one of these fantastic positions you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- An appropriate level of training to perform cooking duties
- A working understanding of HACCP and its application to the workplace
- Excellent communication skills
- A proven ability to work effectively in a busy team environment and under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
Salary details
The salary will be negotiated commensurate on skills and experience, plus 11.5% superannuation.
